Iron Man Comic-Con Footage!

Our Marvel movie updates from Comic-Con continue.

May 2nd, 2008. Mark that on your calendars, Iron Man will be destroying the competition all summer.

Robert Downey Jr., Jeff Bridges, Terrence Howard have all been known for a long time. Bridges will be playing Obidiah Stone, and War Monger will make an appearance.

This time Marvel honcho's Avi Arad and Kevin Feige made two surprising announcements, first Feige admitted that Samuel L. Jackson is playing Nick Fury in a cameo in Iron Man, which will lay the groundwork for another movie bringing multiple heroes together, including Nick Fury. That movie is tentatively called, Marvel Heroes.

Arad also made a surprise announcement that Oscar winner Hillary Swank will also be in Iron Man! No word on what character she plays, and if she is a "civilian" or a superhero.

Jon Favreau, the director also graced us with the most awesome preview footage I've ever seen. So waste no more time, here is, Iron Man!



Yes, that was Black Sabbath's hit, Iron Man blasting in the preview! Of that surprise, Favreau said "Iron Man is rock n' roll when he gets down to business."
