Sick Of Waiting, 75-Year-Old Woman Smashes Up Comcast Office With A Hammer
"Have I got your attention now?" asked Mona Shaw of the Comcast payment center employees as she smashed their keyboard, monitor and telephone. The 75-year-old woman was outraged after multiple delays and broken promises surrounding her Comcast Triple Play installation.

Wow, if that didn't get the attention of Comcast I don't know what would! I've had my problems with Comcast and I didn't go that far, but I did cancel their services and move on to work and subscribe with DISH Network. It was the best decision I've made in a long time! What helped the most in my decision was this website . Somebody did all the work and compared all the TV providers so it was simple and clear to see that DISH was right for me! :)
