Obama has run on the platform of reform and unification what better way than to pick a vp from across the isle.<BR/>2. Ron Paul is mild mannered and would not detract from Obamas leading roll.<BR/>3. If the powers that are want to try another Kennedy stunt with Obama they will be less inclined to do so Knowing Ron Paul is the replacement and not LBJ.<BR/>4. Ron Paul has captured the hearts and minds of defecting white republicans and would bring them to any ticket he is on.<BR/>5. A salt & pepper team if you will.
