Anybody notice this? It says this right at the bottom of the certification of live birth. Anybody know what "prima facie evidence" means? Anyone? Bueller? Well, it means that this document provides a rebuttable presumption that the document and the information therein is correct. A rebuttable presumption? What's that? It means that it is a presumption that can be overcome with other information, if such information is produced.<br /><br />On this flimsiest of threads hangs the presidency of the United States.
